Longkou Tengda Insulation Materials Co., Ltd., formerly known as Longkou Zhuyou Tengda Insulation Materials Factory, was founded in 1998 and is located in Longkou City, the northernmost part of the Shandong Peninsula. After more than 20 years of development, it has become an industrial company integrating research and development, production, processing, and sales. It is a company mainly engaged in the production of composite insulation paper, insulation sleeves, and glass fiber tapes. The company has complete processing, testing, and experimental equipment, a complete ISO9001 quality management system, products that have passed ROHS third-party quality testing, and performance certification from national professional testing institutions IATF16949: 2016 Automotive Industry Quality Management System Certification, all products have passed UL certification in the United States. Environmental protection, pollutant emissions, and safety production have all passed the acceptance inspection.

The annual output of soft composite is 1700 tons, including NHN NMN、NH、NM、DH、DMD、DM、SHS、 Composite green shell paper.

The annual output of casing is millions of meters, including PVC casing, acrylic casing, and silicone rubber casing.

Fiberglass is equipped with the only existing old-fashioned textile machine in China, known as the 'slow work produces fine work'. Due to the special nature of the product, the production capacity is gradually shrinking. Fiberglass tape is only used for some high-quality products.

The company's predecessor was mainly composed of distributors, with agents in major cities in China. In 2018, the company changed its mindset and gradually shifted its focus to serving end customers, moving from the mid to low end market to the mid to high end market. In 2021, NHN, NMN, DMD products successfully entered the military industry. It has also opened up foreign markets, with an annual export volume accounting for over 35% of the total output value. It has the right to self operate exports and also provides processing services for domestic exporters.

At present, our company has reached a consensus with automatic equipment manufacturers such as Zhongji Equipment and Jingke Machinery to use the samples we provide to debug the equipment and achieve supporting products. With the strong support of state-owned enterprise Yantai Minshida aramid paper, we are working together with upstream supplier Libo Insulation (non-woven fabric) to extend the industrial chain and continuously improve the comprehensive utilization level.
